Our patients can pay for services with any accepted insurance plan, check, or cash. We also accept credit and debit cards for your convenience.

We strongly encourage our patients to plan ahead.  Please do not wait until you have run out of medications before you request a refill.  Contact your pharmacy, not the doctor’s office for medication refills.  We will not process medication refills over the telephone in order to comply with our electronic processing and documentation. Please note that prescriptions will not be refilled after hours, on weekends, or on National Holidays.

Steps for requesting a prescription refill:

  1. Call your pharmacy to request a refill
  2. Your pharmacy should fax your request to our fax line at (650) 980-1921
  3. All routine requests are filled within one business day.
